Spring Break and Easter

So, I've slacked off so much on blogging.  We have been super busy.... hello... bought a house and trying to move with three kids! I think one of the reasons I haven't been posting is bc my icloud is messed up and I can't get any of my pictures to load unless it's from the big camera.

We were so excited for spring break.  Justin actually took the week off work and we all went to the beach.  His parents built a beach house last year and we look forward to any time we get to spend there!

We really lucked out with the weather.  It was mostly sunny and was between 72-77 all week.  Perfection!  The water was freezing but it didn't stop them from playing in the ocean or the pool!

We came home Friday night so we could get back in time for the Easter egg hunt at MacGregor.  The kids really look forward to that and I couldn't resist a picture with the Easter Bunny :)

Went as well as our Santa picture!

And, of course, the Easter Bunny came Sunday morning!  Sadly, we haven't found a church in our new city.  That is one of my priorities when we move.  I miss our church in Greensboro and I think the kids (and us) really need to be going every week.

I try not to buy a lot of candy.  The bigs got a mini chocolate bunny, skittles, and m&ms.  They have already forgotten about bunny and m&ms.  Kate got a peep, but hasn't had.  She did, however, find a reeses cup and ate it whole.  She loved it (me too, kid!) and was on the search for more.

Daddy Daughter Dance

Claire and Justin went to their second Daddy Daughter dance back in February.  Once again, they had so much fun.  Claire looked so beautiful.  We decided to get comfy shoes for dancing this year instead of being all fancy.  She got a lot of compliments!

Thankfully my sister in law was in town and was able to help with hair! She is much more creative than I will ever be :)
Justin looked handsome as well!

Her favorite part of the night was taking silly pictures in the photo booth and the ice cream sundaes!

My in-laws were in town so we let Max pick where he wanted to go for dinner.. and just like last year, he chose Chick -Fil -A!
