Tap Room 5k

Today, my SIL, husband, and friend Buddy ran a local 5k.  It was a perfect day for a run!  It was put on by a local  bar so after you ran, you had tickets for two free beers!! 
I was very proud of myself bc I ran the full 3.1 and at a 9:45 min. pace.  This was the most I have consecutive ran since our triathlon last April.  Besides the many hills, it felt great.  Thanks to my SIL, Darcy, for running with me - Justin left us early on!

They had a band playing when the race was over. Music, beer, friends, and good weather...what more could you ask for?!
