B: true delights oatmeal with bb, strawberries, banana, almond butter, cinnamon, whey powder and cottage cheese
L: taco soup and asparagus
S: large apple and some puffs
D: Shake and Bake :) 1/2 piece of chicky with broc
Exercise: 42 min of cardio and 15 min of strength... I got bored!
I might have had some fro yo..
Oh.. need to remind myself to sign up for the Beer Run on March 20th!
