Hard Boiled Egg Chocolate Chip Cookies

Say that 10 times fast! I found these on one of my favorite food blogs.  Sounds weird, huh?!  Well, I must say they did not disappoint!

We have decided a last minute trip to the beach.  The weather isn't going to be the best, but it will be nice just to get away.  This is our first family trip - just the four of us.  Got our sweats and a good bottle of wine :)
