No-bake energy bites

I've been eyeing these on Pinterest for a while and finally this weekend I made them....and loved them!

I gave most of mine to my friend Lindsey, who came in town for her Sip N See (post to come).  Max and Claire also loved these!

I modified from the recipe posted.  That is the great thing about this recipe.. you can add or substitute almost anything!
This is how I made it, but to find the original recipe, link here
Ingredients:
1 c dry oatmeal
1/2 c peanut butter
1/3 c honey
1/2 flaxseed
2 tbs chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla
palm full of chocolate chips

Mix together and chill for about 30 min, then form into balls! So easy and great for a quick, healthy snack!

One of these days I'll get motivated and post about my Aunt's beautiful wedding and my best friends Sip N See!

  1. Yum! I made the unhealthy ones last week, but I'll definitely have to give this recipe a try soon!

  3. Oooh...I can't wait to make these...especially because I make too many homemade cc cookies, and it's become a problem! This looks like a delicious and healthy alternative...and great for kids - love it!
