Biology 101

Let's show the food so we can get on with the program!  breakfast was some egg whites with that tofu that was just ok.  I felt bad throwing it out so I figured I could handle it mixed with eggs and ff cheese.
then I needed something sweet: cereal with strawberries and bananas!
ha! I was almost finished!
Yummy leftovers for lunch: 1/2 piece of chicken with spinach and brown rice = yum!

Some fruitful snacks today: apple, strawberries and pineapple and a bag of 100 calorie popcorn!

After work I met Justin at Dr. D's for the info/Q & A.  It was like Biology all over again.  We were talking about metaphase and blastocyst....we got to watch a video of an IVF process.  Weird! We signed the consent so all we need to do now is pay the deposit and it will be official for a May 8th start date! That will be here before we know it!  It was a little late when we left so he took me to Mexican for dinner!  It was one of the best dishes I have ever had at a Mexican restaurant!  Of course we had to have queso! that just goes with out saying!! I forget what the name of my dish was but you can see by the pics that it was yummy!
It was a huge portion so I get more for lunch tomorrow!! Yay for me!

Since we were so late getting home, I missed my Bible Study :( , but I can go tomorrow night, I headed to the gym.  I was only there for 40 min... all those beans and peppers had me a full and uncomfortable belly if you know what I mean ;)

  3. Wow. Definitely have NEVER seen that many vegetables in a Mexican meal EVER. Wish NYC Mexican restaurants would get the memo! Not that NYC Mexican is especially good in the first place...
