Yep, It's the thighs

Ok, so I just went for a quick 2 miler to test out the new tempo shorts..... and there was still chaffing and riding up of the shorts. What the?  Are there any shorts that don't ride up or do I just need to work on getting rail thin legs?

It's gonna be real hard to put on leggins after swimming!
