Claire 15 Months!

My beautiful Bear Bear is 15 Months!! I'm pretty sure I say this every month, but how can she already be such a big girl? She was my new born yesterday!  This girl is crazy! and all over the place.  She is definitely our wild child.  She loves to test us and does so with a smile on her face.  She, along with her brother, love to climb.  Max will stay on his bottom, or sit when told....but not this girl.  She will pretend to sit, then stand back up with a smile... like, "what are you going to do?!"  She also does this is the bath tub and it makes me so mad.  I've tried a little pop but I think I've been to scared to do it hard enough to sting.  Stern voices don't even phase her, while Max gets his feelings hurt if you talk in an upset manner.  She is super tough.  She fell a couple of times today, laid there, smiled and hopped right back up.
She is a Mommy's girl.  Her attachment to my hip is starting to get a little better.  It has been out of control.  Once she cried when my aunt was walking up our sidewalk... I wasn't even leaving!
She loves playing outside, dancing, climbing, bath time and snacking.  Boy does this girl love to snack.  She is constantly signing "more" and "food".  I don't think she is really hungry.  She eats huge portions at B,L and D.   Her favorites are: yogurt, scrambled eggs, avocado, grilled cheese, broc. with pears, sweet potato, any cereal, Annies honey bunnies, oh.. and fruit snacks.  Happy Tots makes a fruit/veggie mix that is small enough for toddlers.  Now that she signs "milk" she drinks it more?!  Milk is the first thing she signs when she wakes up.  She usually drinks 6 ounces in the morning and I'm lucky if I can get her to have 3 ounces at night.  Max usually finishes whatever she leaves!
She talks all the time.  Lots of conversation....only wish I knew what she was saying.  We understand: mommy, daddy, duck, doggy, ball, shoes, keys, bubble, all done, and uh oh.  She signs: please, more, food, ball, bird, milk, all done, and flower.
Clothes: 12-18 months
Diaper: size 4
Shoe: size 4
I think she has 8 teeth?

We'll know more stats tomorrow after their 15 month appointment.

  1. She sounds like a ball of fire, but is just so cute! Part of me thinks it will be funny once my daughter starts testing me but I know if I give into it and smile or laugh, she'll only do it more which is not a road we want to go down I'm sure. She is just too cute!
